Pure Food Men’s Multivitamin & Mineral contains essential vitamins and minerals to help maintain the health and well-being of men. This raw, whole food nutrition offers important nutrients, including vitamin and mineral complexes important for men, including calcium and magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, easily absorbed active forms of folate, vitamin B6 and B12, zinc, and selenium. These nutrients are sourced from plants, herbs, fruits, and sprouts, including lichen, algae, kelp, natto, garlic, tomato, and sunflower, for easy absorption in the body. The plants used are harvested at their peak and immediately raw-processed at our facilities using EnviroSimplex, a process that retains the vital minerals, vitamins, enzymes, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. Direction
