Pure Food Men’s Multivitamin & Mineral contains essential vitamins and minerals designed to support the general nutritional needs of men. This raw, whole food nutrition offers important nutrients, including vitamin and mineral complexes important for men, including calcium and magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, easily absorbed active forms of folate, vitamin B6 and B12, zinc, and selenium. These nutrients are sourced from plants, herbs, fruits, and sprouts, including lichen, algae, kelp, natto, garlic, tomato, and sunflower, which are traditionally used in herbal nutrition. The plants used are harvested at their peak and immediately raw-processed at our facilities using EnviroSimplex, a process that retains the vital minerals, vitamins, enzymes, phytonutrients, and antioxidants. The processing temperature always stays below 48 °C (118 °F), helping to preserve the natural composition of whole plants. Each tablet contains 150 mg of Farm Fresh Factors, sourced from organic, non-GMO farms. Direction
