Pure Food Women’s 50+ Multivitamin & Mineral contains essential vitamins and minerals to help women over 50 maintain their health and well-being. This raw, whole food nutrition offers important nutrients, including calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, vitamins D3 and K2, alpha-lipoic acid, and vitamin C. It also offers easily absorbed forms of folate and other B vitamins as well as enzymes, antioxidants, and other phytonutrients for energy and vitality.
