Direction
- Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Modern Essentials Ambience Essential Oil Blend to your diffuser at nighttime to support relaxation.
- Shower: Add 2-3 drops of the oil to the corner of the shower in the evening and benefit from the steam inhalation.
- Topically: Mix 1 drop of the oil with 5ml/0.17fl.oz carrier oil and apply to wrists and back of the neck before going to bed.
