Direction

• Diffuser: Add 6-8 drops of Modern Essentials Detox Essential Oil Blend to a diffuser.
• Quick fix: Inhale deeply from the bottle when you are at work, travelling, or anytime you need a moment to yourself.
• Shower: Add 2-3 drops of the oil to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
• Bath: Add 2-3 drops of the oil in a dispersant such as oil to the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
• Topically: Mix 1 drop of the oil with 5ml carrier oil and apply to wrists, chest or back of the neck or abdomen.
• Compress: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of water. Use cold or room temperature water for cooling relief, and warm or hot water for tight muscles. Agitate a face washer in the water, wring out the excess moisture, and apply the washer to the affected area. Repeat 2 or 3 times as the compress cools or warms.
