Direction

• Dietary Supplement (RDI ):
  • Adults: 300-400mg per day
  • Children (4-13 years): 130-240mg per day
  • Take recommended dosage 1-1/2 hours before or after meals. Add Colo zone Plus to 1/3 glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink.
• Intestinal Cleanse:
  • Under 60kg: 1x 5ml metric teaspoon
  • 65 to 80kg: 2x 5ml metric teaspoon
  • Over 80kg: 3x 5ml metric teaspoon
  • Take recommended dosage 1-1/2 hours before or after meals. Add Colo zone Plus to 1/3 glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink.
  • Take once daily for a period of 7 days, followed by every second day for a further 7 days if required. Drink plenty of water, increase dietary fibre intake.
• Antacid:
  • Adults and children 12 years and over: 1-2 teaspoons per day or as directed by your doctor
  • Take recommended dosage 1-1/2 hours before or after meals. Add Colo zone Plus to 1/3 glass of water, stir thoroughly and drink.
  • Do not take more than 2 teaspoons in a 24 hour period, or use maximum dose for longer than 2 weeks.
